APPLICATION FOR A SCHOLARSHIP WITHIN THE PROGRAMME 

"ERASMUS+ WITH PARTNER COUNTRIES" (KA 171)


STUDENTS OF OUR PARTNER UNIVERSITIES IN KOSOVO, UKRAINE, GHANA, ECUADOR & COLOMBIA CAN APPLY FROM 01.03.2023 - 30.04.2023 FOR AN ERASMUS+ SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDYING ONE SEMESTER AT HNEE DURING SUMMER SEMESTER 2023 !

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

After the call is published and you have been pre-nominated by your home university, you will receive a link and can apply via our online application portal.


Incoming TranSEA students, please do not use this link but follow the link in the call!


You will receive a confirmation email and can register in the application portal! Please note the application period in the call!


After the application period has expired, it is no longer possible to apply!

Please upload all documents until the deadline as indicated in the application portal. The passport and photo can be uploaded at a later date. 


Please note, only fully uploaded applications will be accepted.

After the application deadline, your documents will be formally reviewed and a pre-nomination will be made based on the selection criteria. 


Afterwards, the project leaders at HNEE check the application documents and select the scholarship holders based on the Erasmus+ criteria.

After the selection, you will receive an acceptance or rejection letter. 


If you are accepted, you will start preparing your Learning Agreement. 


Once the Learning Agreement has been finalised, you will receive your admission documents.

With your HNEE admission documents you can contact the Welcome Centre, which will assign you a buddy (a student tutor).. 


You will also receive information about accommodation and our Introduction event for international exchange students.



APPLICATION DOCUMENTS: 


Please apply through our online portal.

Once you are registered, please complete your personal data and upload the following documents: 

  • Photo 
  • Copy of passport (only non-EU citizen)
  • Current enrolment certificate at home university
  • Letter of motivation
  • Transcript of record 
  • For MA - students: BA - certificate
  • Language certificate (except for students from Ghana) at the required level of the chosen courses (usually B2 English and / or C1 German) - All certificates must comply with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR)

    If you are only interested to be a guest auditor you can attend lectures and seminars but you can not take part in any examinations and get ECTS. Usually you have to pay a small fee, yet interested persons with a refugee background are exempt from this fee. Please fill out the guest auditor form linked below.
