Please submit the documents listed under "Application" to the International Office as early as possible (approx. 2-3 months in advance).

As soon as we have received all these documents, we will prepare the Grant Agreement, the contract in which your duration and the amount of funding will be determined. As soon as the contract has been signed by you and us, we can pay you 80% of the funding amount.

• Confirmation of Stay ​​​​​​​  (with arrival and departure dates); 

• Erasmus Report: this will be sent directly to you by email and you just need to upload it.

The funding amount depends on the respective country and funding project. It consists of a flat-rate subsistence allowance and unit costs for the outward and return journey..

Distances are calculated using the European Commission's distance calculator. The one-way distance is the basis for calculating the amount of the EU grant for the outward and return journey.
